Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions
1. The competition (the "Competition") is open to people aged 18 and over residing in the UK and Northern Ireland.
2. Employees or agencies of Kidunk Clothing Ltd or Little Life and or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Competition may not enter the Competition
3. Entrants into the Competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4. The competition is open to any persons not named in point 1 & 2.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. Kidunk Clothing Ltd and Little Life accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
7. The closing date of the Competition is Midnight, Tuesday, 11th of May at 00.00. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
8. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will take place on the 13th of May, 2021.
9. The winner will receive one Kidunk Hooded Jacket and Trouser suit, a Little Life stingray backpack, a Little Life Tick kit and 'the Nature Adventure Book' by Katie Taylor.
10. The winner will be notified via direct messenger by 14th of May, 2021 and will be asked to provide their postal address, contact phone number and email address. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Kidunk Clothing Ltd and Little Life shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Kidunk Clothing Ltd and Little Life shall be entitled to select another winner.
11. The prizes will be sent to the winner by Kidunk Clothing Ltd an and Little Life separately.
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
13. Kidunk Clothing Ltd and Little Life retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
14. By entering the Competition, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Competition entry.
15. Kidunk Clothing Ltd and Little Life accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.
16. The Competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the Competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
