For your convenience, we have arranged a parcel returns drop off service operated by UPS collection service. Please ensure you have read our returns policy and understand the terms and conditions.
Whilst we have taken a great deal of care to inform you of the size, fit and description of our products, we offer a no quibble returns policy for the cost of the returned product. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging with attached labels and be returned to us within 28 days of confirmed delivery to you.
If you believe your product is faulty then, in the first instance please contact our customer services team via Contact@kidunk.com. We don’t like it when things go wrong and will do everything we can to put it right as quickly as we can but please allow us 24 hours to deal with your enquiry.
Faulty products do not include those that have been subject to abuse or damaged due to unreasonable use and that the care & washing guidelines have been followed. Our quality team check every returned product to ensure any issues are identified and that we can address any manufacturing problems and rectify in the future.
We accept products within 12 months of confirmed delivery to you.
repair and re-use
All Kidunk products come with a guarantee that covers the original owner, with proof of purchase, for the usable lifetime of the product. We are aware that from time to time faults can appear; should a product fail due to defects in workmanship and/or materials, we will repair the item free of charge or replace at our discretion. Please note - to our the best of our endeavours, products will be repairs inline with our reduced impact policy.
Products that are damaged as a result of an accident, wear and tear, improper care or negligence, or the natural breakdown of materials over time, even if accelerated by environmental conditions, will be charged at cost. In these instances, we do offer an in-house repairs service.
