For your convenience, we have arranged a parcel returns drop off service operated by UPS collection service.
Please ensure you have read our returns policy and understand the terms and conditions.
Whilst we have taken a great deal of care to inform you of the size, fit and description of our products, we offer a no quibble returns policy for the cost of the returned product. Returned products must be in original packaging with attached labels and be returned to us within 28 days of confirmed delivery to you.
If you believe your product is faulty then, in the first instance please contact our customer services team via Contact@kidunk.com. We don’t like it when things go wrong and will do everything we can to put it right as quickly as we can but please allow us 24 hours to deal with your enquiry.
Faulty products do not include those that have been subject to abuse or damaged due to unreasonable use and that the care & washing guidelines have been followed. Our quality team check every returned product to ensure any issues are identified and that we can address any manufacturing problems and rectify in the future.
We accept products within 6 months of confirmed delivery to you.
